🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) or 5-year integrated M.Tech degree with at least 60% marks in a relevant discipline. Applicants must also have a valid GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 score.
The maximum age limit is 26 years for General/EWS candidates as of 30th April 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, and PwBD – up to 15 years.

💰Stipend & Salary:
During the training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹55,000, along with a one-time book allowance of ₹18,000 and free hostel accommodation.
After successful training, candidates will be absorbed as Scientific Officer/C with a basic pay of ₹56,100 under Pay Level 10, plus allowances and benefits as per NPCIL rules.
